EIS-C off-line component inspection refers to a series of tests on micro-vibration and noise characteristics of parts for automobiles, machinery, electronic products and other industries right after production, before they move to subsequent assembly or finished product storage. It ensures all off-line products comply with design requirements, quality standards and process specifications, screens out parts with micro-vibration and noise defects to prevent defective products from entering downstream processes, and thus guarantees the overall quality, reliability, stable performance and user experience of final products.
Inspection Items
1.Noise inspection: sound pressure level, spectrum, speech intelligibility, loudness, sharpness, order and other parameters
2.Vibration inspection: RMS value, peak value, kurtosis, peak factor, vibration spectrum, resonant frequency and other parameters
3.Abnormal sound inspection: abnormal sound and abnormal vibration detection
