EIS-V is an end-of-line NVH inspection system for complete vehicles developed by Landtop Technology. Adopting state-of-the-art professional NVH data analysis technologies paired with high-performance data acquisition front-ends, it automatically synchronizes and analyzes data including vibration, noise, rotational speed, CAN/CANFD signals and GPS under various working conditions. The system evaluates measurement indicators in real time to assist inspectors in efficiently completing vehicle NVH end-of-line tests.

EIS-V automatically uploads all test data and results to the central database for further diagnosis and analysis by NVH specialists. The expert terminal of EIS-V supports NVH data browsing, analysis, playback and automated report generation, enabling engineers to pinpoint root causes, develop new inspection metrics and optimize existing indicators. In addition, EIS-V provides open data interfaces and customized development services to meet customers’ unique requirements.
