Drivetrain NVH Development and Tuning
The transmission system transfers power from the engine to the drive wheels to ensure normal vehicle operation under various driving conditions. Transmission NVH refers to vibration and noise control technology targeting transmission components such as gearboxes, drive axles and drive shafts. Its core goal is to suppress gear meshing noise, bearing vibration and driveline resonance while transmitting power, so as to improve vehicle ride comfort and reliability. As a key performance indicator of the powertrain, transmission NVH directly affects driving smoothness and premium driving perception. Transmission systems of new energy vehicles face greater challenges: the high torque characteristics of electric drives aggravate gear impact, and the quiet operation of motors makes transmission noise much more noticeable.

■ Landtop Technology possesses full capabilities for transmission NVH development and tuning. We cooperate with numerous domestic OEMs and have completed multiple fully forward development projects including AITO M9, AITO M8 and JAC Hunter pickup.


■ During the development phase, Landtop combines engineering experience with simulation tools to analyze system issues, eliminating common transmission NVH defects and baseline vehicle problems at the design stage.


■ At the tuning stage, Landtop’s seasoned team follows standardized troubleshooting workflows to rapidly pinpoint root causes and propose targeted solutions.
