All sound insulation windows undergo laboratory performance verification at Landtop’s in-house R&D facilities and independent test labs, further validated via on-site installation tests and engineering calculations tailored to customized specifications. Our products are well recognized for reliable quality, long service life and guaranteed on-site acoustic performance.

Our high-performance sound insulation window series enables visual communication, observation and inspection between viewing control rooms, live broadcast studios and other separated areas. Our sound insulation windows are fully manufactured in Landtop’s own factory with integrated engineering design and installation. The standard sound reduction index Rw reaches 38 dB. As shown in the figure, the sound insulation observation window is embedded into sound insulation panels with an integrated forming structure to ensure superior airtightness and neat appearance. The window adopts double-layer laminated explosion-proof glass thicker than 8 mm; both glass surfaces are flat without ripples to avoid light reflection and double-image distortion. It features an all-around sealed steel frame with dual sealing strips to eliminate air leakage. The steel plate surface is treated with multi-layer plastic spraying.

Vehicle pass-by noise testing is carried out in accordance with the international standard ISO 362. This standard quantifies vehicle noise emissions under urban traffic conditions via outdoor track measurements. Indoor pass-by testing delivers an extremely robust and repeatable testing method, which eliminates external noise interference within the controlled environment of a semi-anechoic chamber.

Powertrain testing is generally conducted inside semi-anechoic chambers to guarantee high sound absorption performance. A typical layout of a powertrain test cell arranges two or four separate dynamometers outside the chamber, with only the engine and transmission installed within the semi-anechoic space. Landtop powertrain chambers support functional testing of various powertrain and transmission types under simulated vehicle operating conditions.

The acoustic laboratories supplied by Landtop Technology are equipped with broadband composite absorbers (BCA) or asymmetric sound absorbers (ASA), both of which have been mass-produced stably for many years. This reactive absorber technology was jointly developed by Landtop and IBP, and multiple international patents have been granted in Europe and the United States (Patent Numbers: US5975238, US 6793037 B1, US 6073722, EP 0811097B1, DE10213107 A1, DE19861016 C2).
