The sound insulation structure of anechoic chamber doors consists of two layers: the outer fire-rated sound insulation door mounted on the outer wall with a fire resistance rating of no less than T30; and the inner sound-absorbing & sound-insulating door installed on the inner wall. The civil structure between the double doors adopts flexible connection and is equipped with a sound lock to further boost sound absorption and insulation. The single door achieves a sound insulation capacity of 55 dB, while the overall sound insulation of the double-door assembly is no less than 65 dB (equivalent to the sound insulation performance of double partition walls).

Each door is fitted with an independent handle and door stopper. The outer door is equipped with a door closer, door retainer and lock for easy opening and closing. All doors feature a barrier-free threshold design to facilitate vehicle access while maintaining outstanding sound insulation performance, which has been fully verified through application in numerous similar projects.
