Design Features
This standard panel system is
movable, allowing flexible reconfiguration to suit customer preferences. Panels
can be reused and adapted to match other building structures on site.
All components are
prefabricated in factory. On-site installation only requires sliding absorber
panels into cross keels followed by screw fastening; no on-site cutting,
welding or other secondary processing is needed.
Formaldehyde content is 0.16
mg/L, lower than the 0.5 mg/L limit specified for China National Standard E0
grade.
Steel Sheet Fabrication
Process
All panels are processed via
CNC laser shears and CNC bending machines, ensuring overall machining tolerance
within ±1 mm.
2 mm-thick Z275 galvanized
steel is adopted, guaranteeing flatness within 2 mm over a 2 m span.
Surface Treatment of
Perforated Steel Panels
Multi-layer plastic powder
coating is applied, complying with ISO 12944 C4-High standard.
Our coating system also meets
ISO 12944-2 Table 1 C3-High standard with a service life exceeding 30 years.
The coating equipment delivers superior surface quality, high reliability and
eco-friendly performance.
Coating System Composition
• Galvanized steel substrate,
zinc coating thickness approx. 20 µm
• Double-sided iron phosphate
conversion coating: SKPhor W 730 (adhesion layer)
• Polyester powder topcoat:
Freiotherm Pulverlack KPP-60NE158, lead-free & chromate-free, nominal dry
film thickness (NDFT) approx. 80 µm
• Total nominal dry film
thickness: 99 ± 24 µm
• Surface finish: smooth,
glossy or customized texture upon request
